VDC enhances interaction among project participants, where everyone commits to common goals. As a client, you will feel well taken care of through a transparent process where you are continuously involved in the planning, as well as the challenges and proposed solutions that are discussed at all times. The value creation is continuously assessed against your goals, such as usability, operation, and sustainability, in addition to project objectives such as constructability, safety, budget, and schedule.

This requires a systematic work process that puts interaction into a system, and tools that contribute to interdisciplinary collaboration and communication flow among the parties. This framework creates added value through efficient design, optimised construction, and increased quality.
Tools, process and methodology
We use Building Information Modelling (BIM) in the design, information sharing, communication, as well as in the decision-making processes.
Integrated Concurrent Engineering (ICE) is a goal-oriented meeting methodology that drives the project's progress. The purpose is to reduce waiting time, increase the pace of decision-making, and, not at least, identify good interdisciplinary and constructible solutions early on. These meetings are well-planned, with clear objectives and well-prepared participants.
The process aspect of VDC is called Project Production Management. It comprises a set of techniques for planning and managing the project processes based on Lean principles. These techniques allow us to uncover dependencies, identify bottlenecks, and facilitate continuous improvement throughout the project. These techniques form the basis for planning and conducting ICE meetings and for continuous evaluation against the project goals.
