We have an experienced team that can help you define, structure, plan and follow up on technically complex projects within renewable industry and energy. We use a holistic approach where close involvement of the project owner, combined with expertise in technical domain and project management, are important success criteria. 

Technically complex projects are characterised by extensive follow-up, coordination and interface responsibility for the project owner. We have a well-established and standardised project methodology to address this responsibility. The methodology is supported by our own project and contract management tool; UnoSys. It has functionality for contract management, document control, interface management, risk management, and systematic completion. 

Norconsult is an EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management) service provider. This means that we take full responsibility for and staff all roles in the project from the design and planning phase to contract strategy, procurement and project management during the construction phase until the project is completed and handed over to the operating organisation.
